A founder, a co-founder and a board who genuinely want to see local business owners do well.
Built By Dads wasn't created in a boardroom.
Chris Seaman, founder of CS Installs Plumbing & Heating, and Grainne Dunne, founder of The Sidekick Co and at the helm of Mums in Business, one of the UK's leading communities for women in business, recognised that while there are plenty of business communities, there wasn't a space designed specifically for dads in business who are also navigating family life.
Founder of CS Installs Plumbing & Heating, Chris has spent nearly two decades building businesses across the trades and beyond. A dad first and foremost, he started Built By Dads to create the community he wished he'd had - honest conversations, real support and no need to perform.
Founder of The Sidekick Co and at the helm of Mums in Business, one of the UK's leading communities for women in business, Grainne has helped create one of the region's most welcoming business communities. She co-founded Built By Dads to bring that same sense of belonging, support and opportunity to dads in business.
Founder of KJH Accounting Services, Kierson supports business owners across Kent with accountancy, taxation and strategic business advice. Her commercial insight, practical approach and genuine commitment to helping businesses thrive make her a valued member of the Built By Dads board.
Andrew is one of the South East's most respected corporate solicitors, advising business owners on growth, investment, succession planning and company sales. His strategic expertise, commercial perspective and commitment to supporting entrepreneurs make him an invaluable member of the Built By Dads board.
